  • The campsite is approximately 7 miles from the town of Llandovery in Carmarthenshire. It is surrounded by the natural beauty of hills with the River Towy passing through it.

    Llyn Brianne reservoir is a short distance away with spectacular walking routes and the Dinas nature reserve is closer still. The reserve has many birds nesting there and is also home to the lesser spotted Woodpecker. Red kites are often seen soaring above the campsite. The area is great for canoeing, mountain biking and walking. The nearby village of Rhandirmwyn has an excellent Pub, The Royal Oak, you will have a friendly welcome and a good choice of food. With real ales available, it was the CAMRA pub of the year for Carmarthenshire 2015.

    The campsite is open all year. It has a toilet block, chemical waste facility, and fresh water. Barbeques are allowed.
